Olivier is registered as an employment law attorney with the Dutch Bar Association. Following his law degree, he worked in various management roles for the Air France – KLM Group, executing change including employee reorganizations from 14 to 450 headcount. His interest for organisational change broadened from execution to include all legal aspects.

He has since then advised large corporations (IKEA Group, BAM Group, Booking.com) and entrepreneurs with medium and small sized businesses on their employment (law) matters. Olivier’s experience in frequently assisting private individuals, employees, and directors ensures that Olivier maintains a dual perspective and balanced approach in employment law matters.

Olivier is als arbeidsrecht advocaat geregistreerd bij de Nederlandse en Amsterdamse Orde van Advocaten. Na zijn rechtenstudie werkte hij in verschillende managementposities binnen de Air France – KLM Groep. Hij hield zich met name bezig met verandertrajecten en reorganisaties met een scope van 14 tot 450 werknemers. Zijn interesse voor verandering breidde zich uit van de zuivere implementatie naar ook de juridische aspecten.

Olivier heeft sindsdien grote bedrijven (IKEA Groep, BAM Groep, Booking.com) bijgestaan. Ook ontneemt hij MKB-ers al hun arbeidsrechtelijke en HR-gerelateerde zorgen. Zijn ervaring in het bijstaan van individuele werknemers (inclusief statutair directeurs) zorgt ervoor dat Olivier beide kanten van het schaakbord kent.
